Our Sports Performance programs are for athletes and every day individuals, they include; Balance, Endurance, Strength and Speed training sessions using full body exercises, dumbbells and many other modalities. We believe these are the 4 core elements that deliver the best and quickest results to become an elite athlete or a healthier individual for your daily activities.
The Razors Edge Sports Performance Training also offers breathing technique classes (great for those who are new to training and Heart surgery recovery patients), Chair exercise programs for seniors and those wanting to start out at a beginners, intermediate or advanced pace along with youth athletic group training that are affiliated with all school sports that offer onsite training sessions.
