Group training for young athletes develops teamwork, communication skills and confidence. It also reduces the feelings of isolation, build social connections and accountability. Many sports are team based and the ability of the team is not based on one athletes’ abilities. Young athletes need to be the best they can be but they also need to bring the rest of the team with them to reach everones’ goals. Group settings encourage young athletes to work together and inspire other athletes to work yo their fullest potential.
